Try psylium husk. Much better feeling and far more rewarding dumps than a chemical based laxative

Foodland and Villa sell a 200gm pack, in a plain flat plastic pack like oatbran or muesli. I've seen it in GMC shops before but more expensive.
Don't know about Tesco but any pharmacy including Tesco's should at least sell Metamucil or Fybogel sachets which are psyllium based with an orange flavor.

My gf say Yum Yum noodles too spicy for me, I assume big spicy equals big poop?  so far I have got myself 100% veg juice which is high in fibre...

Noooooooooooo, you get a sachet of spice to put in, l eat two packs of noodles with one and a half sachets. GO for it and solve your problem. :lol:

also...check your diet against any medication that you may be taking that may cause constipation...all the fiber in the world won't help if regular medication plugs you up...check counter indications on the slip that comes with the drugs...

As a past poster said Yum Yum noodles does the trick, plus a very nice meal!!
