Try psylium husk. Much better feeling and far more rewarding dumps than a chemical based laxative

I've seen it in GMC shops before but more expensive. also...check your diet against any medication that you may be taking that may cause constipation...all the fiber in the world won't help if regular medication plugs you up...check counter indications on the slip that comes with the drugs...
