Is this a new "problem" or is it normal, and you have to wait 1 month to find out?

I am not sure as it is the 1st time I have applied for this extention based on family.  They checked all the documentation, I paid the fee and was informed to come back in 30 days as the application has to go to BKK for authorisation  they gave me 30 days in the meantime.

Normal for a marriage extension.
