I know this has been done to death, but can anyone recommend a health insurance policy, that will provide accident (trauma) coverage, as well as the usual suspects such as
a heart attack /stroke, or cancer. I'm 43 years old.
  All I ever seem to get is strange quotes, with no specific answers to the questions I ask. Is there any place that provides clear information.

Pretty much all policies cover accidents AFAIK.

What questions are you really asking about?
You say strange answers...no answers to your quesions.

May I ask IF you have pre-existing conditions related to the questions?

Just wondering why you are not getting an answer that you can understand.

At age 43 you should have no troubles in finding a good health policy in Thailand.
Many are available.

Better to get a policy from Allianz - try  THIS  for starters
