Hi guys and ladies,

I am a website developper who builds websites which target potential customers in Holland. In Holland, there is a national online banking system, which is supported by all banks and therefor it has became the standard for safe online payments. For connecting to that specific service I need a registered company, no matter where. I refuse to set it up in Holland, as I have cut all my ties with my home country.

All I basically need is an official registration of a company. After exploring the web I found that there are two good options: one is the LLC and one the Sole Proprietorship.
Because of the opening costs I decided to have my lady open a sole proprietorship which rents the software (the website) from me. If she run, i can simply end the contract and close shop ;)

I need some serious advice on the procedure of opening a sole proprietorship. What documents are needed to open one, what are the requirements, what are the exact costs?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

A very similar topic was posted earlier this year on ThaiVisa under the following link: http://www.thaivisa....ship-questions/. It goes a long way in answering most but not all of your questions. If you post your remaining open questions to the Business Services and Information forum (http://www.thaivisa....es-information/) I am sure that Sunbelt Asia will give all the info you are looking for.

don't forget that you need a Work Permit for what you are doing!
