Yes. I have similar photos from that year. It was beautiful and gives people a great impression. My first visit to Pattaya was in 2004. In 2005 i loved the way a lot of beach road looked. Since then, they seem to dig it up, "fix it", etc continuously. I have not been there since May 2010. I left the day after they put that night curfew on Pattaya. I have only heard about all the beach road vendors and how hard it is to walk now. Gosh I used to love walking along the beach. Please Pattaya, put the beach road path back together and just keep it decent. don't need any new two year bricking project.
