Last I read on these pages is that it's back to normal.
I'll be able to let you know first hand on Saturday though when I go there myself. #3

i parked there last saterday around 4pm and there were spaces. Also it was free as well for some reason.

Yesterday it was easy to find a space and as a bonus parking is free too.
Noticed also that police were ticketing the few remaining cars still on the approach road. Back to normal would be my assessment. As for the free parking I was told that it's a consequence of the ongoing dispute over who actually holds the rights to the parking concession. Edited by apetley, 2011-12-10 16:44:06. #10

Yesterday at 2pm Car park 2 was very full with cars double double parked, i.e. both sides of the aisleway, on all levels.
Car Park 3 seemed to have some spaces available and Car Park 4 (ground level, uncovered) had lots of available spaces |
