Hi,

I tried to start new small company, 100% Thai ownership, ltd. But, we ran out of money. So, if anyone knows how to get SME bank credit or how to get angel investment, I would appreciate any help. I hear that is not easy to get bank credit without collateral, even for Thai......is there any investor's group here willing to help out? We can offer shares in company as well .... Looking forward for any helpful replies...........

What is your company about?

The Thai government offers loans through the SME Bank and the Exim Bank. Different animals, depends on the purpose of your company.

The German development bank (KFW) offers loans to both start-ups and business trying to expand, in developing countries (which includes Thailand). I know other banks that do, but they have conditions (environment, women-owned business, etc).

I can help you with contacts. Send the purpose of your company, as well as a business plan (if you have one already). PM is fine, if you do not want to publish it here.
