Singapore is still offering non imm O visas based on marriage as of yesterday. You do need all the correct documents as stated on their website though. The Muslim lady at the desk still as helpful and lovely as always.

As stated above, if all the paperwork is in order then no probs.

The required document list requires 400k in bank account.  So not a valid option for most persons seeking visa rather than extension because of low savings.

Regardless of that, they are offering them, so it would be good if you updated your info anyway.
There were plenty just like me there applying for the same visa.
