I am looking for rent a furnished condo (+- 45sqm) in Bangkok longtime.

Price should be not more than 20.000,00THB/ month. Location is not as important for me, but a secured garage for my car, good internet access in the room (not only wireless, I prefer cable), a walkable BTS distance and a washing mashine are important for me.
