I'm looking for a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7 noise canceling headphones to use while I am traveling. They got good reviews and are way cheaper than the Bose NCs. Scoured Bangkok last week with no luck. Anyone know of a dealer in Thailand?

Thanks stgrhe.

I had already found them at Central Power Buy. Almost as expensive as the Bose Quiet Comfort 15 but with some advantages. They work even if the battery dies. Not so with Bose.

I bought a pair about a year ago and the noise cancelling on mine doesn't work if the battery dies. It is my understanding that the noise cancelling requires additional power to work. The way I read your post yours work if the battery dies? I also have noticed that the build quality is a bit poor especially with the plug. After 6 months of minimal use the original plug had to be replaced with a more heavy duty one. Other than that they sound great for the price.
