How to login to the classifieds area when it won't accept the username and password which works fine on the forum ?

There's been intermittent login issues with Classifieds, its been reported to our webtech multiple times but he can't seem to reproduce the error. Wait about 15-20 minutes and try logging in again. Sorry for the inconvenience

I haven't been able to log in to the ThaiVisa classifieds for about a week now.

Have tried from two different PC's. Using Firefox browser.

I log in, then try to go to "My ads" and get this error message:

"To access this section you must login!"

Any idea when this issue might be resolved?

you have to complain here, then they will reset the program leaving a 15 minute window...

you and me both, our web guy is aware but seems every time he logs in it works so he can't reproduce the error. apologies for the inconvenience but he has been nagged.

Have had the same problems in past few days. What seemed to work for me was to login on the forum first, then I was able to successfully login on classifieds.

I have the same problem. I get an "Authentication Failed!" message. I've been trying since this morning with several browsers and it is always the same problem. I guess there is a bug in the database of the classified section.

I get the same message.  Raised it earlier with webmaster.
