Hi Guys, and Girls for that matter.Happy New Year to you all. Can anyone recomend a good Insurance broker/agent to cover somewhere near the full value of my 1yr old Versys KLE 650, with approx 165,000 worth of upgrade;s and extra's on it. I insured it full com for 13.965 baht with FALCON through the Kawasaki delear in Udon Thani, when i purchased the bike for 285.000 plus about 55.000 in extras.  But it only had a total maximum cover value of 200.000.Well short of the then, purchase price and extras, let alone the balance of which has beed added since then. The bike has 4,000km on it, and is as when it left the showroom. With a total outlay of almost 450.000, i need cover for somewhere that value. any links or ideas Please.

I would say for the best advice where people have got motorbikes ask on the " Bikes in Thailand "  forum, wish the mods would change it.

In my experience I have never gotten coverage for much more than 80%  for a total loss in LOS

I agree, its very difficult to get full coverage cover of any type vehicle here. A Harley I once owned could be covered at a fixed value that didn't drop each year, but they also start to drop each year now I was told by my insurance broker when the 1st class insurance was changed to the new owners name when I sold the bike.

You should go talk to a insurance broker and ask it, might be possible, at a price.
