Qualifications :-
- Expatriate , male, 30 to 40 years old
- Previous experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in F&B is a must, with time spent in a Hotel, Pub, Bar or Restaurant preferable, at senior management level.
- Sound knowledge of bar and kitchen operations
- Experienced in cost control, budgeting, food and beverage costing and purchasing
- Experienced in organizing functions, networking events and special events to attract customers
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, Thai a pre
- Multitasker and self-starter, able to work under pressure
- Hands-on worker with office work as a second priority
- Flexible, approachable, sense of humor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Networking and marketing skills are a must
- Proficiency in computer programs, namely POS and excel, word, publisher, email
- Documented experience of leading, guiding and training a team of 20+ local staff
- Asia and/or Thailand experience a pre
- High responsibility and able to make quick decisions
- Able to work long hours, nights and weekends
