I didn't even know what this word meant in English, so I might be wrong. I found:
เกษตรกรรมถาวร เพอร์มาคัลเชอร์ เกษตรถาวรภาพ or you might use: ระบบเกษตรกรรมยั่งยืน (Sustainable Agriculture) #3

The term you are after is ไร่สวนผสม (rai suan pasom or mixed garden field/plot).
