My insurance broker has just informed me of the following:

Please note: All THAI Insurance companies have taken out EARTHQUAKE AND STORM DAMAGES and also FLOOD, according to their re-insurance companies.
In my personal opinion this is not a very wise idea, as Earthquake covers also Tsunami damages. So what do you pay premium for, if this all is not covered?

Does anybody know of a Thai insurance company that will still specifically provide
EARTHQUAKE AND STORM DAMAGES and FLOOD damage, on their most recent or next renewal?

I had a homeowners policy with AXA from AA insurance broker. This years renewal they(AXA) took off the flood and earthquake cover.

I now bought a policy through AA from QBE that continues to cover eathquake ( 8. Earthquake or Volcano Eruption or Tidal Wave or Tsunami or flooding that caused by earthquake or volcano eruption. However, earthquake or volcano eruption must be naturally occurred and
must not result from any falling objects from space.) The cover also has Windstorm including
7.1 Damage to Property Insured caused by water from sea, lake or ocean which is blown or
brought by windstorm and become wave that flood the shore
7.2 Damage to contents of the Property Insured resulting from rain, frost, snow, sand or dust
which go into the building via the crack of the building that directly damaged by windstorm
7.3 Damage to contents of the Property Insured resulting from water leak from sprinkler or other
water pipes that directly damaged by windstorm, fire and lightning.

No actual flood cover and the cover includes other areas that I do not mention here

Seems like a good policy to me

Did you know that you can insure for flood, earthquake etc with any insurance company in the world, you don't have to insure with a Thai company.  Talk to an international insurance broker in Bangkok.

After many enquires I finally found two companies that can help.
Chartis offers 20% of the sum insured for buildings against flood damage, whereas QBE will give you 100% cover.
Both companies will give you 100% cover against an earthquake and tsunami.
