I am not sure why you do not have Thai nationality if you mother is Thai I suggest you contact the Royal Thai Embassy in your country. #3

any person born from a Thai mother is Thai. you just have to get you mum to sort out. speaking Thai would be an advantage.

If your mother had Thai nationality when you were born, then you also have it.

Is it possible to get a job in such conditions(like my birth, studies and experience, all were in India) I can't speak thai as on today, but I am good learner. I can speak only English and Hindi. Any one please suggest how to get job inThailand in my conditions. #9

Hiring a foreigner requires a work permit and unless you have critical skills, no one's going to jump through hoops to do that for you. Add the fact that you don't speak Thai and your English appears to be very weak, and your prospects do not look good. Come to Thailand, obtain your citizenship/Thai ID, and start networking. #12

As has been said, you better sorth out your Thai nationality first. That makes it much easier to find employement, as they are not requireed to go to the visa and work permit process with you.
You are Thai if at least one of your parents was Thai at the time of your birth. Where you born outside of Thailand? If so, you will need to apply for a Thai birth certficate with the Thai embassy in the country of your birth. At the same time you can apply for a Thai passport. Look on the embassy website for the right forms. |
