Translation Help

I understand that this forum isn't a translation service but the following text was sent to the board of consumer protection by email and was translated by 2 translation offices in Pattaya already.The only problem is that the translations delivered 2 different version.

A google translate doesn't make me any wiser either.

ตามที่ได้คุยกับคุณธรรมนูญเมื่อเช้านี้เกี่ยวกับการยุติการดำเนินการใดใดที่บ้านของ นายอีริคเนื่องจากนายอีริคไม่ได้จ่ายเงินค่าสินค้าที่ยังคงค้างกับทางบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯตกลงตามที่ได้คุยกับคุณธรรมนูญคือยุติการดำเนินการทุกอย่างรวมถึงไม่ส่งมอบกุญแจสำรองที่อยู่กับทางบริษัทฯให้กับนายอีริค โดยให้นายอีริคหาจ้างผู้รับเหมาเจ้าอื่นเข้าทำการซื้อและเปลี่ยนแปลงเอง โดยให้ถือเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายของนายอีริค และขอยกเลิกสัญญาเกี่ยวกับการจ้างเหมาจัดททำประูตูหน้าต่างบ้านของนายอิริคและไม่ติดใจที่จะเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายหรือค่าใช้จ่ายตามสัญญาใดๆทั้งสิ้นเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ทั้งทางแพ่งและทางอาญาอีกต่อไป

The correct version is supposed to say that the company terminates the agreement and doesn't claim the remaining money in the agreement anymore.

It should also say that the company will not take any legal action either civil or criminal.

Is there anyone who can confirm that this is written down.
