Siam Old Teak will make any wooden furniture to order or may already have what you need in their showroom or warehouse.  Most of their furniture is made from teak wood from old houses and buildings (in Burma I think) and is beautiful stuff... not cheap, but they give a full refund at any time guarantee.   Go out Soi 88 nearly to the end past Naab Thong restaurant and follow the signs.  Have a meal at Naab Thong while you are out there.  Great food (and drinks) at cheap prices.
