It would be easier for readers to understand if you did not use abbreviations that they might not understand, and maybe check the spelling.
Although it is obvious for some, it might not be for others, who could give you assistance.

Are you upcountry or in Phuket?  Personally I think these dangerous and illegal vehicles (99.9 % of them) should be kept off the roads as the riders ride them as if they are a motorbike ( wrong way, zig zagging in and out of traffic etc.) yet they take up the space of a real 4 wheel vehicle.  They're particularly really good vehicles when at night they appear to be a motorbike as the side has no lights.  How many accidents have occurred due to this?

are these the ones you inquire about? great samlors at 60k baht with a 150cc Lifan 4stroke capable of 50-60kmh and loading 4-500kg

DL is motocy

they are accepted and reg by local amphur in some Isarn provinces, but not really road legal as they havent passed any engineer road worthy test and can not pass TH emission requirements with this inexpensive engine

Emission requirements is the same all over the country, its just that some poor parts of the country choose to accept these as cheap transportation.

For DL test, you need to use a road legal plated bike, so no samlor. One of the tests is to keep bikes 2 wheels on a stip of paint while riding, not that easy with this samlorPosted Image
