How much should i pay for window tints for a vigo double cab?

Also i want decent tints, I have heard that the best ones to go for are the 3M tints?

A decent quality film like 3M will set you back ~6000-7000 Baht for a 4-door pickup.

However, if this is a new car you shouldn't be paying anything ;)

I paid at Toyota 3000bht, four years back, for 60% Blue, only a few inches on top of front screen.

Well, the mainland isn't that far way , and it's pretty simple to drive a car onto a ferry, heh.

Its the same dealer is surat thai, I'd need to go further north or south.

Also delivery time is shocking, they said about 4 months!! crazy.

For 6,000+ it's worth the trip to Nakhon Si, they might be better, 2 hours away from Don Sak.

Did you ask what's the specification of the film?
3M has FX/FXR series, ScotchTint series, Crystalline series. Normally dealers will give you FX/FXR for free.
But for Crystalline series, I think the price is even higher than 12K.

I got 3M tints on my 2003 Honda CR-V about 2 months ago for 4k THB here in Rayong.  My wifes cousin took the car in but that's what we paid.

Is Crystalline available in Thailand ... seems that it gives the same level of protection but you can see out better. Anyone used it please?

I have Lumina 60% mirror on the sides/rear and 40% black on the front, it has last very well, not discoloured, extremely hard to scratch and on an 91 5 series cost just on 4,000baht. Still ok to see out the side mirrors at night, does not distort oncoming headlights, can't fault it at all.

I am a big fan of 3m...crystalline is excellent compared to other 3m or even vkool.  To me I feel that the tint itself is too transparent but it sure screens and blocks heat from sunlight but just feel that if the tint is a bit darker it might give you the sense of coolness. I have also tried solar-gard - good value for money with almost same heat rejection with top of the line vkool for a third of the price and it looks great too.

Last week my Triton double cab was 3000 Bt in Chiang Mai.  I did 40 % front windows and 60% in back.  on my car I had trouble seeing out at night, so I went lighter on my new truck.
