Hi everyone,I am currently on a tourist visa and will need to get a 30 day extension. My 60 days runs out on March 4th, do I need to go on that date to get my extension? Or can I go sooner and still get 30 days FROM March 4th? Or will it be 30 days from whenever I go?

You can and should do it early - a week or so would be good.  You do not lose any time.

You can go anytime before March 4th and get the 30 day extension.  It will be 30 days from March 4th not the day you extend. Cost 1900 baht.
