Is A Photo Required For 90 Days Address Report?

I can't remember ...do you need to bring a photo to do the 90 days address report? Or just the passport + copies?T

A photo is not needed.

and dependent on which office you go to....copies of your pp may or may not be needed

At your local office, I'm sure. But more is required at some other offices, I'm also sure. Photo? No, I think nowhere.

As SoutPeel says, each office has it's own rules. Ranong would not even accept copies done on my scanner. I had to use their "service"

Interesting i never heard this one before. lol
Phuket don't requires an photo but requires the passport copy's in case it is your first reporting or the first reporting in the new year.
