Has anyone seen or knows where in Thailand I can find a 3 or 4 button cell phone?
They are normally used for children or the elderly to make calls only to the pre-programmed numbers.

Any info is much appreciated.

They do not exist here in LOS. There is no "call centers" for them. I do know that certain hospitals (Pattaya Bangkok) and maybe more can hook an out patient up with some sort of Emergency calling system. Im not sure how it works really but maybe inquire. One was offered to my 84 year old dad when he was here but I wasn't interested as he could still use a regular phone to call me in case of emergency.

I am looking for something similar to these emergency cell phones to put into my rental villas.  I want my guest to be able to call my manager if they need something.

Anyone have any ideas?

How do you lock a mobile phone to a few numbers?

I guess they don't sell the 3 or 4 button emergency phones in Thai.

So, does anyone know if any "Service Providers" in Thailand offer "fixed dialing" ?
So as my guests can only call pre-programmed numbers.

Asterisk VoIP server running on old laptop or even on an OpenWRT WLAN router.
Then either SIP enabled WLAN capable phones or ATA with old fashioned table phones.
