When I post on CM forum I normally uncheck the "follow this topic" since I am always on it.
Another of times when I got email messages, I though maybe I forgot to un-check. This time I did un-check it and then went to the top of the thread but still saw the message "unfollow this topic and stop notifications".
Please fix this.

Please click on the drop down arrow next to your user name and then click my settings. click notification options and uncheck auto follow topics I reply to. and set notifications to none
