I have the above monitor, but the controls have become 'locked' (a padlock appears on the screen whenever I press one of the adjustment controls).

DELL's website is one of those round-and-round -in-circles setups whereby you cant get anywhere without some required info which I dont have.  (Getting that info required 'internet explorer', but alas, Im on a mac.).

Google isn't finding anything helpful for me either.  

So does someone have a tech support number for DELL, or know how to unlock the controls.

Thx PP; one number I found was not connected, a 1-800; but I will give that 02 a shot on monday; onlne support just sends you into a loop.

Try pressing and holding the Menu button for 10 seconds.
