What is the latest list of benefits for a Thai permanent Resident?

Would also like to know; if I have a resident permit; and say  tomorrow i am out of work (meaning no workpermit) can i still extend the yearly "non-imm O" visa for my wife and kid based on my resident status?

What is a Thai Permanent Resident Permit?

Do you mean Thai Citizenship?

If yes then no benefits what so ever. Unless you are willing to loose 25% of your pension from your home country when you retire which not many people know about.

There is no 25% loss for most people and there are advantages to dual citizenship but that was not the question.  He is talking about Permanent Residence which is an entirely different thing (although it may be used as a stepping stone to citizenship).

Suggest you continue in this thread with is directly concerned with both.
