Hello all,

I am trying to get a credit card for my Thai friend. We have tried a few banks, and they all are needing a certain fixed amount in the bank to get a card. Is there a bank(s) where it is easy to get some credit for a Thai national? If not, what are the "easiest" banks to get a credit card?
