I have a regustered Thai company. Everything is up to date with audits done and taxes paid. It is 11/2 years old and there has been some minimal trading. I have no further use for the company

I know you provide a service setting up new companies but can you give me advice on how to sell it and how much should I charge.

Thank you.

Sorry, but it may be difficult to sell a registered company that has no assets and no business as many people prefer to start a new company that has no potential encumbrances. Sunbelt Asia generally only sells actively trading companies because of this very issue.Good luck in your search. Best chance is someone needing a established company without a business attached to it.
