I would like to make home made Thai rice noodle.
Not noodle soup but rice noodle it self.(Sen lek, Sen Yai, Sen mee)
Does any one know any website for making Thai noodles?

Very easy! Same as making a crepe but with rice flour. Just put the pan in a steamer instead of direct heat.

The way to properly do without the groovy dance skills requires steaming and then slicing julienne or chiffonade style.

Have you tried the tasty toasted glutinous rice that tops Thai food and is in some of the better sauces?
