The money spent by the Thaksin political machine was stolen from the people in a variety of ways. Being bribed with their own money - what a loss of face. I pray that the poor and downtrodden come to their senses soon.

People bribe judges to find them guilty - imagine that!
He is on bail because Thai law allows that. What I find disconcerting is public servants and political figures conspiring to ensure cases are not heard by the courts - like all LM cases on red shirt leaders being handed to the DSI which then fails to investigate. With the exception of course of Jatuporn, which is handed to another PTP member to "decide".
