Hi,

I was thinking of starting an Import Export Business from Thailand whereby we would import Compuers items from China to Thailand and then export them from Thailand to various other countries. I wanted to open this is my wife's name as she is a Thai Citizen.

Kindly advice as to the formatlities and the documents required to start this kind of business.

So long as you do not sell the computers in Thailand and just repackage them and ship them out you can hold a majority partnership in the company. You will need to form a Thai Limited Company and then apply for the import export card.
