Unfortunately, a bug in the latest update of the forum software does not display Thai script but this is being resolved as quickly as possible. Below is a cut-out from a screenshot of the web page of the site of the Immigration Bureau:

296/1 Moo 6 Amphoe Mueang
Changwat Prachuapkhirikhan
77000

It is different from the address posted by Chaam local and I wonder which one is correct.

The 2nd address does not have a Hua Hin post code which is 77110.

Maestro, your address points to Klong Wan (first line after Moo 6 that you didn't transcribe), so that's Prachuap city, not Hua Hin. It's probably the address of the immigration office in Dan Singkhon, where foreigners had to go before they opened another office in soi 102 (which then moved to soi 23 and more recently to the canal road).

Thanks. It looks like the Immigration Bureau does not care much about keeping the information on its website up-to-date.

I got the address from this Immigration's website, which seems up-to-date (picture shows the current location next to 3-girl restaurant, which btw has a similar postal address).
