Selling Pets In Thailand

can anyone direct me in the right direction on what is needed to sell life pets in Thailand.
would like to find out what papers and or certificates would be required if any?
Not talking about exotic pets but everyday pets like dogs, cats, fish etc...

if the fish are sold with a notarised pedigree i'm sure one needs a license and a Farang needs a work permit Posted Image

if the fish are sold with a notarised pedigree i'm sure one needs a license and a Farang needs a work permit

was actualy trying to find out for more kind of animals like dogs, cats, birds?
Could one just sell or do you have to become certified breeder or something like that?
Can I just deal with breeders and sell?
stuff like that

If I want to sell my car or motorbike I don't need anything special. I just put it for sale on the net. Same if you want to sell your pets however doing it on a commercial basis changes everything and you will need company, work permit non B visa etc.

I am looking more for specific papers needed if needed to sell life animals. In most western countries all kind of papers are required to sell life animals?
How about Thailand
or anyone know where to look as I like to read up on things before doing anything
