I just tried to access krungsri bank online (bank of ayudhya) and my anti-virus had to block a trojan from downloading. The name of the virus starts with krungsri bank and ends with .zip what the hell is this?
Now I am afraid to open online account with them..

A compressed file.

What it is depends on the contents. Check with the bank.

Depending on what "method" you are applying, it could be the online application to fill out, sign and take to a branch.

It could be a false positive from the anti-virus software, or your browser doesn't allow zip files to be unzipped.
