I need help here, not surprisenly any website to buy property is very useless with when it comes to value. I am confused about prices as it never gives the real asking prices, only down payments etc etc.
My question is Can i buy a condo/studio costing around 300,000 bhat???

Chiangmai Properties has a listing for a 30 m2 condo at PP Condo for B300,000, a 32 m2 at Lana Nakorn for B350,000 and a 33 m2 at LC mansion for B350,000.

I see from 150,000 upwards. Look for Bank repos for the lowest prices. Many banks have notices on their windows, just look around

Drive around too. With a Thai helps

Friend of mine found a 2 bed 2 bath unit last month needing a little touching up for 350,000 Bt from a Farang wanting to leave Thailand. So deals are there if your looking
