Besides the location, the facilities/furnishings can put this room in an upscale category which normally would cost about 600 baht/sqm (you can check this in the Bangkok Post Classified). And this room is fully furnished with high quality appliances- mostly stanless steel, all brandnew, 29" TV, elegant teakwoods furniture, and good lightings - downlights and dimmers, none of the cheap bright neons.
