Hi,

My fiance and I will be in Europe for the summer for our wedding. We have a 2 bedroom apartment (about 70sqmeters) on Withayu Road that we want to sublet while we are gone. We're looking for 12k bhat per month plus a 15k refundable deposit. This is only about half of what we pay, but we're in a hurry to find someone!

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a pool, gym and minimart in the building.
We are about 7 or 8 minutes walk from Ploenchit BTS, and just next to the canal with the taxiboats.

Short walking distance to Sukhumvit, Pratunam, Chitlom, etc

There's a tv and dvd in the apartment and high speed internet connection. Good kitchen area:   fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, and large toaster oven. A/C unit in each bedroom and living area.

We're leaving the 22 May and returning August 1st. We'd like to meet any potential renters in person before we go.
