Is there anyone residing in Pratumwan house? I'd personally visited the place - and has got various prices.

Deluxe (1 living room + 1 bedroom) : 20,000THB

My phone call -

Studio : 20,000THB
Deluxe : 30,000THB

Studio : 12,500THB

Have I been ripped off? or should I bargain.... or there is a mistake in Mr. Roomfinder.com?
