I have been in BKK and Pattaya for over 5 years now and never ever felt cold. There were perhaps a handful of occasions when I felt sort of cool I guess. I've never worn a long sleeve shirt here ever, maybe I brought one from US and have it somewhere.

Ah you guys, god i cant stop laughing, wow your just so so so funny, that one about the pool, ah how do they put in it lmao, really no really mazo you really are a funny guy!!

Btw way never said cold, late one night on a bike it felt a little chilly, plus i spend most of my time in aircon venus, so wearing a thin long sleved jumper, is not to hot.

hhhmmmm let me think of a word....MUPPETS.

Blimey, summerT.......you are taking this all a bit too seriously!!!!! :D I´m sure that most people here - like myself - regard thaivisa.com as a source of entertaining reading. Some threads are more serious than others - yours simply lent itself to a bit of harmless bantering and leg-pulling.............and you are still over-reacting to it....... :D Stop being offended and come and start having a laugh about it with the rest of us...... :o Showing us the cold shoulder will get you nowhere.... :D :D

I saw some 'booty-style' furry slippers, in the Soi Bukhaew market on Friday; they would go well with a pullover and woollen mittens for the Pattaya 'winter'. I hope this helps.

Actually I live 60km southwest of Khampaeng Phet near the Mae Wong national park and it is getting a bit colder at night now. Last night it was down to about 20 and the family are starting to huddle up in jumpers etc but no fashion out in the boonies. We dress to keep warm. In the next few weeks we will have a fire burning at night and sometimes in the morning. I have been in Thailand for around 5 years now and I must be getting acclimatised as I feel a bit cold at night especially when the wind blows.

I wanted to say that.......

What is it with the 'spelling freaks' on these forums. Such bad manners and doesnt give Thaivisa a very welcoming feeling. Makes newbies feel uneasy posting on the forums, worrying someone will bite their head off if something is spelt wrong. Yuk. Y'all must have pretty boring lives if this is all you have to do all day.

dyslexia |disˈleksēə| noun a general term for disorders that involve difficulty in learning to read or interpret words, letters, and other symbols, but that do not affect general intelligence. DERIVATIVES dyslectic |-ˈlektik| adjective & noun dyslexic |-ˈleksik| adjective & noun ORIGIN late 19th cent.: coined in German from dys- [difficult] + Greek lexis ‘speech’ (apparently by confusion of Greek legein ‘to speak’ and Latin legere ‘to read’ ).
