I may be exporting some mango seeds overseas and I am wondering if Phytosanitary certificates would be available from the Agriculture Dept in Trang and what is the normal procedure for obtaining one.

I'm having a look around Trang next month. Was wondering if there are many (any) expats in or around Trang? I'm thinking I will need to hire a local with some knowledge of farming in the area.
