How Long To Get Passport Back?

My wife has a Thai friend who is living in London with her French husband. She is applying for some sort of residency visa. She needs to know how long it takes for her to get her Thai passport back. She wants to know because she wants to plan a trip back to Thailand soon.

She and her husband have been living in England since September. Before that they were living in the US for the past 2 or more years. I don't know if their situation changes the amount of time for getting her passport back so that is why I have included it. If there is any other information that determines how long the process takes I would like to know what that is.

Problem With Changed Email Address

Over a week ago I changed my email address. It shows the new email address as my current email address in my settings, but ThaiVisa is still sending all of the emails to my old email address. I did respond to the verification email that was sent to my new email address, so I don't know why ThaiVisa is still using my old email address.

Gevey Iphone 4 Sim Unlock

I'm getting ready for a trip back to Thailand this summer and my wife and I have iPhone 4's that are locked. I have been researching how to unlock the phones so that we can use them on our trip and I recently discovered a product called the Gevey iPhone 4 Sim Unlock. I've decided to try it here in the US and if it works here I plan on using it in Thailand. I have read reports that it works on AIS and I have seen a YouTube video of someone using it on TRUE although it didn't appear to support 3G.

If anyone has had any experience with this product I would be interested in hearing from you.
