For a work permit to be valid it must state the address of employer or location of company on page 22. If a person works as a contractor or consultant for a given company but actually does the work at various client locations (for extended periods during the year), how is that handled?? Does each actual work location need to be added to page 22 so that no matter which location they are at they are covered by the WP? This is a sincere question looking for feedback.
