Nearly all the local Thai pharmacies I have been into in the major Thai cities seem to carry bodyguard brand - up to size 56:

The VIP thing is not a fraud, there is some value to be had with that service. You might not think the delivery charge at FPF was bad, but FPF has some pretty big mark-ups on the food. I rarely order from them anymore. ChefXP doesn't mark up the food price, and the delivery charge is also only 60 baht. ChefXp also has a comparable list of restuarant options.

So much love for Big Pizza...puzzles me!
Had it once, took 90 minutes to get here and tasted like crap......not going to bother again, there are plenty of other options........

The pepperoni is not worth ording - not even close to American style pepperoni (this is one of the main reasons I don't order from them more, as 75%+ of the pizza's I order have pepperoni). Cheese is only ok. Sauce is decent/good. But most of the time the crust is undercooked for my tastes.
I typically get one of their ground beef or blue cheese steak (steak - not, it is ground beef) pizzas - would probably order these more often if the cooking of the crust was more consistant.

Thanksgiving is my fav US holiday - food, football, and family - hard to beat.
I typically buy a full blown dinner set for the family meal from one of the major hotels in BKK - typically JW Marriot. Turkey, stuffing, mashed taters, gravy, ect, ect. Best part about the food is leftovers - cold turkey sandwiches - yum. We used to get a couple of pies as well, but we typically don't bother with the pies anymore - none of them seem to measure up to Mom's - plus they tend to be way over priced. Better/less expensive pies would help, but I don't really miss them that much. Also would kind of like to have a whole deep fried turkey from time to time. But all in from a food point of view things are pretty good in BKK for Thanksgiving.
Now with ASN the football is taken care of as well.
So the only thing I miss on Thanksgiving in BKK is the extended family......

I buy Dr P at the 33 shop, but most of the time it seems a little flat? Is it just me or have others noticed this?
I have been living in Asia for over ten years, and I recall when I first moved over here many of the soda/pop seemed to be highly carbonated (especially in China) - so maybe I have become accustomed to a different level of carbonation, and the Dr P I'm getting from Villa is not really flat?
But then again the cherry coke seems to be OK - not flat?
Since I'm doing a bit of complaining, I might as well go all out. Now that it seems there is a chance Villa will carry Dr. P regularly would it be asking too much to get the good stuff - the cane sugar stuff (Dublin Dr. P), and not the corn syrup stuff?
