I can't seem to reply to notifications.

I receive a pm so after reading I click on the reply button. Then I type my response but then when I click on send message I get the following:

Oops! Something went wrong!
[#10229] We could not determine which message you were attempting to view.

The other thing that's odd is that yesterday I access the site with my mobile. Now when I sign in from desk top I get automatically the mobile view and clicking on change theme does not give me the desktop view??
