Butter Is Better-Chang Klan

Butter is Better on Chang Klan is now open for dinner Monday through Saturday. Some of the new offerings are:

Fresh Shrimp Cocktail
Caesar Salad
Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, veggies and tomato gravy
Pork Chop with applesauce and rosamary finger potatoes
Hungarian Goulash on egg noodles
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Stuffed Cabbage.......etc!

Also serving beer and wine!

New decor....new cook....new menu items including (but not limited to) milkshakes, rootbeer floats, onion rings, french fries, 100% beef hotdogs and hamburgers, coleslaw, spaghetti and meatballs and all the old favorites! Check it out.

Jukebox

I would like to find a working jukebox for the restaurant. Does anybody know where I can find one? I don't care if it's records or CD's. I would prefer to rent one and have the company come and empty out and take the money like they do in the US but I would consider buying if the price is reasonable. They used to have one at Black Canyon at Kad Suen Khaew but when I went last week to ask about it it was gone.

New Vip Seats At Major Cineplex

Theater number 7 at Major Cineplex has removed the comfortable red electric recliners aand replaced them with uncomfortable sofas. The back is straight and uncushioned and there is no foot rest. I found it impossible to get comfortable. They are certainly not worth the money (270 per seat). They are cheap vinyl and a big step down from the previous emperor seats. I realize the old seats occassionally needed repair but with the money they make I think they could afford to fix them. I won't be using them again.

I was really happy to hear that "Butter is Better" is opening a third shop at Nim City near the Airport. They just keep getting bigger and better. Really nice people they deserve to succeed. I wish them the best!
