Installing my new computer: whenever I search in chrome or firefox google is in english.

I changed something on my old computer so it is in english...just I forgot what.....

Anyone knows?
I tried 10 things I found on internet already but nothing worked.

New Computer Which Ram

I have one topic about how much RAM and I think I go with 4 or 8 GB, but which RAM (speed, brand, etc) would you recommend for a new Ivy bridge Z77 based computer?
I don't need to max out the best possible speed, but of course don't want to slow down the system as well. But I want stable and long living RAM.....

I'll get a new Computer soon.

I don't know what OS I should use
Win7: 32 bit or Win7: 64 bit.

32 Bit can only handle approx. 3 GB Ram
64 Bit can handle big Ram but is much fatter and a bit slower

Any other point that is in favor of one or the other?
