Handheld Scanner For Scanning A4 Paper...Where To Buy?

Am looking for a handheld scanner to scan lots of A4 course notes etc.
Ideal if it were cordless.

note: am not interested in copying colour - only b&w.

Anybody selling one or, anyone know where I can buy one in CM/Thailand?

Photo Of Military Grave...Blurred...How To Fix?

See attached photo.

I have about 15 of them and it's difficult to read the inscriptions.

The remaining c400 images turned out just fine. It was the first/initial 15 that have turned out blurred etc. The anti-shake feature on the camera may have been playing up for the first 5 minutes or so?

query: can someone recommend a free software package/pgm that would enable me to read the inscriptions.

Please experiment with this image first and let me know your recommendations.

Agent To Manage/Rent My Condo?

I plan to rent my condo - furnished/90 sq.mtr - in Jan/Feb of next year and am looking for someone - a property agency? - who could manage/rent it for me in my absence?

note: it's situated in an older building - Nimmahaemin area - with Thai students and some farang teachers occupying most of the existing units.

There are many letting agents/agencies in CM but ideally, I'm looking for someone who caters for the ''cheaper'' end of the market.

Recommendations appreciated and THANKS in anticipation.
