Piece O' Plexiglass, Cut
2012-05-09 14:17:09
I need a rectangular piece of plexiglass, 18 cm x 23 cm, maybe 1/2 cm thick, with a half-moon shaped cut in one end (for wires to go thru). Anybody know where I might obtain such? Tnx for any help.
A Good Curry In Central/North Pty?
2012-03-28 20:03:02
OK, getting the mood for a decent curry but not in Jomtien or Threpprasit. Talking Brit style or Indian. Last I tried some years ago was Neeroy's on Soi Chaiyapoon, not very good at all. Thinking about the Queen Vic on Soi 6. Anybody found a tasty curry dish around central or north PTY lately?

Effect Of Thai Flooding On Hard Drive Prices
2012-02-09 11:34:16
"The hard disk drive supply chain was hit hard late last year when a series of floods struck Thailand. The Asian country accounts for about a quarter of the world's hard drive production, but thousands of factories had to close shop for weeks as facilities were under water, in what is considered the world's fourth costliest natural disaster according to World Bank estimates. That's on top of the human cost of over 800 lives.
Western Digital and Toshiba had factories in the flood zones whereas Seagate was mainly affected by the resulting supply constraints from business partners . . . ."

Idiot Farangs Spraying Artificial Snow
2012-01-01 01:41:04
The farangs have discovered spray cans of artficial snow! Walking down Beach Road tonight, I got sprayed right in the face by some fat idiot farang playing Songkran. I shoved him and gave him some choice words and threats, resulting in an apology. Fortunately I suffered no ill effects. While dealing w/ that idiot, his friend sprayed my clothes.
Sigh. What next?
