Dlt Chonburi: Shortage Of Number Plates, I Have To Wait Until 3.Sept.

So it's not only diet cokes and pepsi, even no. plates are not available.
I was at the DLT Chonburi today, where they transferred the books of my bikes from others provinces to Chonburi.
Usually I would get the new plates today, but they told me, no more plates available.
My new plates will arrive on 3rd of September (hopefully)... Posted Image

Honda Wave 110I - Slight Howling From The Transmission/Gearbox

Today I rode the Wave from the Missus some kilometers.
When accelerating, the gearbox/transmission is quiet, but when I throttle down, and the engine is not under load, I can hear a slight howling from the transmission.
Reminds me of old cars, where you heard a similar noise, but much louder, from the rear axle differential, when the car wasn't "under load"
Missus claims, that would be normal and her former old Wave had this noise too.
But I never drove a Wave before, so I don't know, if this noise is "standard" or not.

Co.Ltd Or Is A Ltd Partnership Sufficient For A Retail Shop?

I googled and read this (and other forums) up and down about the different options, forming a Thai company.
I basically know the main differences between a Co.Ltd and a partnership Ltd.
But ..... I am a little bit confused, in which case one or the other, is more useful for me.
I am planning to open a retail shop (not too big).
The shop's lease is in my name.
Maybe I'll apply for a work permit and a B-Visa.
Both _should_ be possible with each of these LTD'S.
I don't plan to buy land, so a "partnership Ltd", should be sufficient?
Please enlighten me..
PS: If sombody can recommend a German-speaking lawyer/office, please PM me.

Motorcycle/Car Paint - Where To Buy Around Pattaya?

Our scooters and even the car have some minor scratches and damages.
Some Scooter parts need to be resprayed.
But which shop sells the matching colours, or is able to mix them in/around Pattaya?
Spray can, or paint for spray guns?
I only found some shops, selling "standard colours", or spray cans for old motorbikes
I also need (spray)primer, hardener, etc..
