Thai/Khmer New Year (April 15) - Will Buses Run From Poipet To Pp?

As the title says. I will do the trip I took this year again in 2012 but 2 months later. Take train to Aranyapratet on 14th at 1PM, spend the night there (I can deal with the hosing, will just wrap my bag in plastic), then cross border early on 15th. Any experiences or recommendations?

I need to get from BKK to Trat on Sunday morning, Feb 20. It seems there are a few companies with buses leaving at 7 am. Which one has the fastest service and is the most reliable?
